How It Works
- Early Access: Online access is given to families when the puppies are 5-weeks of age. This gives them ample time to familiarise themselves with the course content before their puppy even arrives home.
- Personalised Support: Families will have access to 9 weeks of personalised support via WhatsApp from when the puppies go home (typically from Week 8).
- Simple Booking: To secure access for your clients, simply contact Diona as soon as your puppies are born. Full payment for the full litter is required to activate the program.

A 1-hour live group online session with families at Week 9 of the puppies' lives (approx. 1 week after they've gone home). This session focuses on troubleshooting, making sure everyone is on track, addressing early challenges, and reinforcing good habits.
