Day 13 - Fri 3 Apr

Rudi woke up early this morning to make dough for the focaccia and pasta. I slept till 10am to catch up on some sleep. Today we have 12 dinners to make a deliver!

We began our day by cycling to Costco hoping to pick up some chicken wings, unfortunately they were sold out! So we decided to come back tomorrow. For the first time in over 2 weeks, we bought some takeaway from a restaurant outside, and brought home some Hokkien Mee, char siu and char siu bao. It costed us $38 so it was a treat!

While I organised our orders, Rudi made prawn ravioli. With the large wooden board we have, he extended the kitchen, giving himself extra space to work on. I worked out a timetable for tonight.

People picked up their dinners from our home at 4pm, 5pm and 5:30pm, then we delivered two orders to other towers at 5:45pm and 5:50pm. I went for dog training at 6pm. Rudi came home to deliver a cooked meal to a neighbour at 6:30pm, then prepared our dinner.

The plan worked out perfectly and the timing was just right. I came home 7:15pm with dinner ready. Rudi made lasagna for dinner. Lasagna was what he made me at our first date, we've been together for almost 4 years now, that's how delicious it is!

After dinner, we discussed what's going to go onto our third menu, and how we are planning our week out.

We really enjoy running this little project!
